30-80 Enquiries Each Month: On average our clients across all industries generate between 40-80 enquiries (form submissions & phone calls) each month. Expensive industries, like dental implants may be closer to 30 leads, while affordable services like pest treatment may be closer to 80 leads.
High Converting Landing Page: If you subscribe to our software LokalCRM we will build you a high converting landing page to convert more ad traffic into customers (this can be used as your website if you don't have one). This is yours to keep so long as you stay subscribed to LokalCRM
Boost Your Reviews: Do you struggle to generate customer reviews? If you subscribe to LokalCRM we can easily skyrocket your Google Reviews from all of your happy customers.
Google OR Meta Ads Campaign: We build, manage and optimise your ad campaigns ongoing each month. All campaigns are built and managed by our 100% Aussie team with 10+ years experience.

What's NOT Included In Your $150/Week Plan?
Ad Spend: This plan doesn't cover ad spend. Ad spend generally ranges from $30-$100 per day, and is paid direct from your card, to Google or Meta over the course of the month. (if your new to Google Ads, you may qualify for $500-$1800 of free ad spend based on ad your spend in the first 60 days).
LokalCRM Subscription: Billed at $129/month, LokalCRM will allow you to track your leads, generate more google reviews and win more deals.
SMS Costs: LokalCRM has $30 of SMS credits bundled in, but should you use more SMS fees typically an additional $12/month.
Scheduled Meetings: To keep our prices low, we don't do set scheduled meetings. We typically touch base with all clients 2-3 times per month through email or SMS (often they're that busy they don't have time to meet!)
Complex Reporting: We don't provide complex reporting. When you use our sales software, you will see your statistics on converted jobs, and revenue generated each month from our advertising.
Custom Solutions: Our Google & Meta leads service is very much templated to fit within a $150/Week budget. If you desire a more custom solution, please contact us for a quote.
Ad Spends Over $3,000/month: Our cap on ad spend with this plan is $3,000/month. If you know your account will spend over this amount, please contact our team for a custom solution quote.

What is LokalCRM?
LokalCRM is our custom app that allows you to track leads and win more jobs. Offering both a desktop, and mobile app, this software is loved by our clients.
Subscription to this software is optional, however if you require SMS notifications of leads, more Google Reviews, lead tracking it will be required. On average clients using this software book about 1/3 more jobs, and generate 10-20 more reviews each month.

How long does it take to create my ads & account?
Once we have all the necessary information, your landing page and ads can be live within 3 business days.
Are their any hidden costs?
No, you simply pay for the following items:
Your weekly direct debit for ads management ($150/Week)
Your LokalCRM Automate Plan
Your ad spend on Google (between $30-$60 per day) * if you are brand new to Google Ads, you will get a $600 ad spend credit for free upon signing up for Google Ads.
Do I have to direct debit?
Yes, on this plan we only offer weekly direct debit. If you would like a more boutique approach to advertising and billing, please contact us via email.

Am I guaranteed results?
We don't put in place lead guarantees, but our ads team have 10+ years experience, so you can expect anywhere from 40-60 enquiries per month.
How do I use your LokalCRM software?
After signing up, you will receive video training on how to use the software on your phone, or computer.
Is the CRM included in my plan?
No, our LokalCRM, isn't included in our plans. However we do waive the onboarding fee for a personalised account setup, saving you $1000.
What if I already have a website?
We only run Google ads to landing pages/websites we have created. This is because we know the conversion rates, and we can predict the outcome.
Sending traffic to a website we have no control over can result in lower than normal results due to poor conversion rate. Even if you have a new website, we will still only send ad traffic to our landing pages.
What happens if I stop paying my subscription?
If your weekly advertising billing fails, our support team will contact you to attempt repayment. If your direct debit fails for two consecutive weeks, we will pause your ads.
You will be able to reactivate it by resubscribing, and contacting our team at [email protected]
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer any refunds on our advertising or software services.
How do I cancel my LokalCRM account?
Simply log in to your account, go to your account settings, and click 'cancel' my account. Canceling your account will unpublish your landing page.
How do I cancel my advertising services?
If you wish to cancel your ad services, simply send our team an email to [email protected] and we will pause your weekly direct debit.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
You're not locked into a fixed agreement with Lokal. However if you decide to cancel your Lokal subscription, your landing page will be unpublished until you reactivate your account.
Our advertising services run month to month, and are billed weekly on the day of the week that you initially subscribe.
Can I pause my ads for a break?
Yes, we allow up to 4 weeks of paused ad management per calendar year for your ad management services. Simply send us an email.
What if I have multiple locations?
During your onboarding survey we will ask what your service radius is. We can advertise multiple locations for you. However, if you ad spend exceeds $2000/month, you will need to move up to a more expensive plan with us.
Can you run ads on Meta as well?
This package is exclusively for Google Ads.
